Note: Sailor Moon and company belong Naoko Takeuchi, and AVALANCHE, ShinRa, Sephiroth, Jenova, etc. are all characters that Squaresoft made up. All I have is chapter one done right now (and some info on the henshin materia, so please come back soon. The story starts off a few days after Sephiroth is destoryed, and continues untill 9 years into the future.
